Marcella R. Leffler, 92, formerly of 130 N. 9th St. and 101 South 1st St., Lehighton, passed away Sunday July 25th at The Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton. She was the wife of the late Mark F. Leffler. Born in Lehighton she was a daughter of the late August & Christina Stehling Goldbach. She was a Homemaker/Housewife and was a member of SS Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, Lehighton where she previously belonged to the Altar & Rosary Society. Survivng are several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Anna Feller & Mary F. Goldbach. Services: Prayers at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, July 29th at the Andrew P. Ovsak FH, 190 S. 4th St., Lehighton followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church 3rd & Coal St., Lehighton with the Reverend Michael E. Ahrensfield officiating. Call 8:30-9:30 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. The interment will follow the Mass in the parish cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church Memorial Fund at 232 N. 3rd St. Lehighton, Pa. 18235.
